1. The price advertised for the Goods on the day of despatch will be the price for which you are invoiced.

2. The Goods will remain the property of Northumberland Cheese Company Ltd until payment has been made in full (including VAT). Where payment is made by cheque, goods will not be delivered until the cheque is cleared.

3. Delivery will normally be made within 5 working days of an order being received.

4. Any fault or problem with the goods must be notified to Northumberland Cheese Company Ltd within 48 hours of receipt.
