Many
people have trouble deciding which cheeses they would like
to order from our wide range. Now there is no problem, as
we can personally prepare you a selection of wedges, neatly
packaged, and sent in a presentation basket or in our new
flat, colour printed windowed box. Wedges are individually
hand-wrapped, attractively labelled and have a shelf life
of about 8 weeks, (Coquetdale, Brinkburn and Reiver 3 weeks).

Based on an historically proven source, the Northumberland Whey Bisket is THE compliment to fine cheese. We offer them in triangles to fit the gift boxes, or double packets of 20.
